IMPORTANT UPDATE:
All classes are continuing as usual, but currently without the added heat. While we know how much our community loves hot yoga, heating isn’t permitted at our current location. That said, every class is still full of energy, flow, and the signature vinyasa style you know and love — just without the extra degrees.  We’re still actively looking for a space where we can bring back the heat, but in the meantime, come join us on the mat and keep your practice strong, flexible and full of heart.

On the other hand, if you’re looking to unwind and relax, but still have the added little kick of a challenge thrown in the mix, then the non-heated classes that has elements of Vinyasa, Yin, Hatha, and Restorative yoga are the perfect option. These classes are designed to help you release tension, stretch to new limits, reduce stress, and find inner peace and calm.
